2 Days 1 Night Pergasingan Hill Hiking and Camping Program: Mount Pergasingan Sembalun Lombok is a natural tourist park at an altitude of 1,806 meters above sea level. This tourist park is a hill located north of the Sembalun village of East Lombok. The name Pergasingan derives from the word ‘Gasing,’ as the people of Sembalun have historically used this hill for Gasing game matches.

2D-1N Pergasingan Hill Itinerary:

ARRIVAL DAY

Pick you up at your arrival on Lombok Island, then transfer to Sembalun and drive for 2–3 hours by private car. Check in to the hotel in Sembalun, then meet your guide to get a briefing about your trip. Walk to Sembalun Village to see weavers making hand-woven items and climb Selong Hill for a warm-up, then back to the hotel for your own leisure time.

DAY 1 HIKING

We welcome you to join our two-day stroll through the rice fields, to speak with the farmers, and to delight in the landscape from the high slope called Pergasingan Hill. From a height of 637 m above the village and fields of Sembalun, the perspective reveals a superb display of the old caldera of Mt. Rinjani.

08:00–09:00 Breakfast at hotel and prepare for the hike.
09:00–12:00: Begin hike to Pergasingan Hill.
12:00–13:00 Have lunch and set up camp.
13:00–14:00 Explore the hill and jungle to see the wildflowers and animals.
14:00–16:00 Back to the campsite
16:00-18:00 Relax and watch the stunning sunset.
18:00–19:00 Enjoy dinner while admiring the village lights beneath the stars.

DAY 2 HIKING

At 5:00 am, wake up to prepare to see the sunrise; walk up to the east side of the hill to watch it.
08:00–09:00 After breakfast, return to the campsite and relish the breathtaking view of Mount Rinjani.
11.00 Hike back down to Sembalun village and get lunch and coffee or tea on the trek.
13:00–14:00: Return to the hotel or make a transfer to your next destination on Lombok Island. Finish trip.

2 Days 1 Night Tetebatu Jungle Trek & Mayung Polak Waterfall

The adventure starts from Timbanuh village, following a path in a natural tropical forest, with flora and fauna that are still preserved, towards the Mayung Polak waterfall for approximately 4 hours, and spending the night in a tent, and the next day continuing the journey through dense forest, plantations, and rice fields until arriving at Tetebatu village.

2D-1N Tetebatu Jungle Trip Itinerary:

Day One Trek:

8.00 – 8.30 am: Pick up at a hotel in Tetebatu or elsewhere and transfer to the village of Timbanuh and register at the National Park Office in Timbanuh.

9:30-10:00 am: After registration, our guide and porter lead you on a hike to the Mayung Polak Waterfall, and after a 2-hour walk, stop for rest and lunch.

1.00-01.30 pm: Continue the hike to the Mayung Polak waterfall, and after a 2-3 hour walk, arrive at the camping area closed to the waterfall, and it’s time for rest. Visit the waterfall for swimming, and enjoy fried banana and hot drinks, dinner, and sleep in a tent.

Day two Trek:

07.30 – 08.00 am: Breakfast and prepare for return to Tetebatu

08.30 – 09.00 am: Start the hike, return to Tetebatu, and stop at Black Monkey Forest, passing cacao plantations and rice fields.

12.00 – 01.00 pm: Stop for lunch at a river near Tetebatu.

01.30 – 02.00 pm: Back to hotel in Tetebatu Transfer to your next destination on Lombok Island.

Price per person is 165 USD for a minimum of 2 participants, including:

Gunung Anak Dara Hill is one of many hills that is a favorite for hikers in Sembalun Lawang Village, Sembalun District, East Lombok. The height of Anak Dara Hill reaches 1,923 meters above sea level (masl). There is no doubt about the beauty of the views presented during the trip.

At the top of Anak Dara Hill, visitors can see the sunset in the afternoon and the sunrise in the morning. If the climb starts at 10.00 am the hiker usually reach the peak no later than 05.00 pm. From Anak Dara Hill, climbers can see residential villages in Sembalun.

So, how do you reach the top of Anak Dara Hill?

There are two routes to the top of Bukit Dara or Anak Dara, namely the southern route and the northern route. The distance between the two routes to the top of Anak Dara Hill is not far apart. From the south route it can be reached in 4 hours 30 minutes to a maximum of 5 hours. Likewise if you take the north route

Usually, local climbers travel to the top of Anak Dara Hill on weekends. Anak Dara Hill has the stunning beauty of the savanna.

“At the top there is a large savanna field. So you can set up around 100 tents. If you go there on weekends it will definitely be busy,”

Through the Forest

From the bottom of the hill climbers will find a forest area. Passing through the forest track for approximately 1 hour 30 minutes, climbers will not feel too hot when climbing during the day.

After passing through a forest path with shady trees, climbers find post I above the forest called Tanjakan Sayang. There, climbers can rest for 30 minutes to stretch their legs before reaching post II of the Tanjakan Cinta.

“But there is no spring water above. So you have to bring enough water if you have to spend the night,”

Tetebatu Jungle Trip Itinerary:

7.30–8.00: Pick up at a hotel in Tetebatu or elsewhere and transfer to the village of Banok on the boundary of Mount Rinjani National Park

8.30–9.00: Begin your journey into the Rinjani Mountains National Park area. After about 30 minutes, you will find the Black Monkey residence. For a 1.5-hour relaxing trip, continue the journey towards the Mayung Polak waterfall.

10.30–13.00: A cool and peaceful atmosphere greets you as you arrive at the waterfall. The next break time for swimming, lunch, and rest.

13.00–13.30: Make your way back to the village of Banok, which is approximately an hour’s walk away. Once you reach Banok village, the vehicle will transport you back to your hotel.

15.00–15.30: Arrival at the hotel in Tetebatu and completion of the trip.
