One Day Trekking Rinjani Summit Itinerary:

Arrival day: We will pick you up from any location on Lombok, transport you to Sembalun, where you can check in at the National Park Office before 3.00 pm, and then proceed to the hotel. Once there, meet with the guide to receive detailed information about climbing Rinjani in one day to the summit of 3726 meters, and then rest and sleep in the hotel.

Treks Day: Our guide will come to your hotel at 12.00 midnight and prepare for the trip. At 1.00 am, from the hotel, we will take you by car to the gate of Mount Rinjani National Park for 15 minutes. From the gate, at a height of 1250 meters above sea level, the trip starts straight to posts 1, 2, 3, 4, and Plawangan Sembalun. The estimated time for the hike from the gate to Pelawangan Sembalun, 2639 m above sea level, varies depending on the guest’s speed, between 2 and 4 hours.

After arriving at Pelawangan Sembalun, take a break to drink and eat prepared snacks, then climb to the peak of Rinjani at 3726 m for an estimated 1 to 1.5 hours. At the top, rest, take photos, and enjoy the sunrise view.

After enough rest, go back down to Plawangan Sembalun with an estimated descent time of 30 to 45 minutes.
Once you reach Pelawangan Sembalun, pause for breakfast before beginning your hike there, which should take approximately 2 to 3 hours.

When you arrive at the hotel in Sembalun, take a rest, shower, have lunch, and check out of the hotel. Then our driver will take you to your next destination on the island of Lombok. Finish trip.

This expedition includes hiking Rinjani from Timbanuh, 750 meters above sea level, to the edge of the Tembesi crater at 2,850 meters; camping very close to Gunung Baru Jari and Lake Segara Anak; watching the sunset from your tent; and then returning to Timbanuh and Tetebatu.

Itinerary Tembesi Trekking:

Arrival day:

From Lombok airport or another location in Lombok to Tetebatu (2–3 hours by car).
We will pick you up on Lombok Island, drop you off in Tetebatu, check you in at the hotel, and, if you have time, guide you to visit the Tetebatu rise field, waterfall, and monkey forest. Return to the hotel to meet your guide, and we will give you a detailed overview of our trip.

Day 1: Tetebatu-Timbanuh-Plawangan Tembesi

We will transfer you to Timbanuh’s National Park Office at 7.30 a.m., following breakfast at your accommodation. The journey begins in the forest, where you must plant trees before moving across the cross-footpath and river to reach Post 1.
In the jungle, we may find a variety of wood, moss, and forest vegetables that are suitable for natural cooking.

After three hours of trekking, we arrived at Post 2, where we spent an hour eating lunch.
After that, travel for two hours to Post 3 (Cemara Nunggal) and camp there. We stopped for 45 minutes, ate snacks and fruit, and enjoyed the savanna on Mount Rinjani.

After you’ve rested, our guide will accompany you for 45 minutes through the savanna to Pelawangan Tembesi, 2.850 m. During this time, you can enjoy the sunset and views of Segara Anak Lake, the new volcano, and the Sumbawa Islands. After that, you’ll head back to the campsite for dinner and a night in a tent.

Day 2: Plawangan Tembesi-Timbanuh Village-Transfer

After having breakfast and enjoying the beautiful panorama, we return to Post 2 for 1.5 hours before continuing to Post 1 for breaks and lunch.

After lunch, we drive down to Timbanuh, where our car will drop us off at our hotel in Tetebatu.
After you have finished showering and changing your clothes, we will drive you to your next destination on the island of Lombok.

Trek Itinerary:

Arrival Day (Day 0): We will come to pick you up upon your arrival in Lombok Island, then transfer to Tetebatu village and drive for 2-3 hours in an air-conditioned private car. Check in at the hotel in Tetebatu, then meet your guide, who gives you a briefing, describes the route details, and all about your program. Free at your own leisure.

Day One Trekking: After breakfast at the hotel, we will drive you to Timbanuh in our car for 30 minutes. At 8:00 am, you will begin trekking at the national park in Timbanuh through the forest. You will be required to plant trees before starting the cross-footpath and the river to Pos 1.
In the jungle, we can observe a variety of wood species, moss, and naturally-cooked forest vegetables.
After walking for three hours, we arrived in pos 2, where we broke for lunch for an hour.
After that, continue the journey towards pos 3 (Cemara Nunggala) for 2 hours, and camp here. Rest for 45 minutes, consume snacks and fruit, and relish the savanna on Mount Rinjani.
Once you have had enough rest, our guide will lead you through the savanna to the Pelawangan Timbanuh 2.680 m for 45 minutes. During this time, you can enjoy the sunset, views of the Segara Anak lake, the new volcano, and the islands of Sumbawa. After this, you will return to the campsite for dinner and sleep in tents.

Day Two Trekking: Rise early at 3:30 am for a continental breakfast consisting of bread, coffee, tea, or milk. Then, at 4:00 am, begin the 2-hour ascent to the summit of 3.500 m asl, which is accessible at 3.260 m above sea level due to the disruption of the trek to the 2nd summit following the earthquake in July 2018.

Enjoy the breathtaking view of the lake Segara Anak, the majestic 3726 m mountain summit, the sunrise over Rinjani, and the islands of Sumbawa from the peak of the mountain, before returning to basecamp for 1.5 hours to rest and have breakfast.

After finishing breakfast and getting enough rest, we return to (pos 2) for 1.5 hours and continue to (pos 1) for breaks and lunch.
After lunch, continue down to Timbanuh, and our car will drop us back off at the hotel in Tetebatu.
We will transport you to the next location on the island of Lombok after you have finished taking a shower and changing clothes.

Tetebatu Rinjani Trekking Itinerary:

Arrival Day (Day 0):

We will come to pick you up upon your arrival on Lombok Island, then transfer you to Tetebatu village, where you will drive for 2-3 hours in an air-conditioned private car. Once you check into your hotel in Tetebatu, you will meet your guide, who will give you a briefing, describe the route details, and explain your program. After that, you are free to explore at your own leisure.

Trekking Map Start Tetebatu to the crater Rim Tetebatu and Sangkareang Mountain (Live)

Day 1 Trekking: 

After breakfast at the hotel, we will begin our ascent to the crater rim of Tetebatu. We will start from Tetebatu village, at an altitude of 700 meters above sea level, and travel by car to the start point at the monkey forest, which is 800 meters above sea level. From this point, we can clearly see the Rinjani mountain or crater rim of Tetebatu, which is our goal.

After a 30-minute stroll from Monkey Forest, we venture into the dense forest, traversing a path that feels fresh and natural. The numerous trees cast shadows on the path, making it feel chilly. After an hour and 30 minutes, we reach the first stop for a break, known as Pondok Belanda or Netherlands Huts. It’s possible that the Dutch once rested here before proceeding on their journey to Gunung Kondo or Segara Anak Lake.

After a break, we embarked on our journey, and after 15 minutes, we reached the meadow. In this place, we can see that Tetebatu village is far behind us, and Mount Rinjani on the right side stands tall. After 1 hour and 30 minutes, we left Pondok Belanda and reached Post 2 for lunch and rest.

After a lunch and enough break, we will continue the journey to the campsite (2350 MASL) of the Crater Rim Tetebatu. The track is quite steep, so we will reach campsite after 2 hours of normal time. In this place, we set up a tent for rest, dinner, and overnight with the beautiful view of the summit of Rinjani soaring through the clouds.

Day Two Trekking: 

Weak up early, at 4 a.m., and get a light breakfast with a hot drink. At 4.30 am, we will lead you on a 1.5-hour climb to the summit of Sangkareang Mountain, which is 2,957 meters high. We will reach the top at sunrise, enjoy the panorama, and rest here. At 7 a.m., we will resume our journey down to the base camp. After spending 5 hours, including lunch, and stopping for rest, we reach the village and take a shower at our hotel. After that, we will transfer you to your next destination on Lombok Island.

Rinjani Trekking Package Itinerary 3 Days 2 Nights

Arrival Day: Airport – Sembalun
Arriving at Lombok International airport, you will be picked up and escorted to Sembalun or Senaru to the hotel to check in. After that free program and rest.

Day 1: Sembalun – Plawangan Sembalun
After breakfast at the hotel, we will pick up and transfer you to Sembalun, then after registering in the National Park office in Sembalun, you will start the journey to Post I for 2 hours. Arriving at Pos I, we rest for a few minutes and continue the journey to Pos II.

Arriving around 13.00 WITA, we rested for a while preparing lunch. After resting and having lunch, the journey continues to Pelawangan Sembalun.

From Pos III to Pelawangan Sembalun it will take about 3 hours plus a track that starts to steep climb during the trip.

We will arrive at Pelawangan Sembalun around 16.00 WITA and start preparing the tent to rest. Have dinner then overnight in a tent at Pelawangan Sembalun (summit campsite).

Day 2: Plawangan Sembalun – Rinjani Peak – Segara Anak Lake
Wake up early At 02.30 am in the morning we will start trekking to Rinjani Peak. It is estimated to reach the peak when sunrise, take a rest and enjoy a beautiful view from the top of Lombok island. At 07.00 am we will return and be at Pelawangan Sembalun around 9.00 am. Then prepare breakfast and rest.

After breakfast, we will continue the journey to Segara Anak Lake. The trip to Segara Anak Lake is approximately 3 hours (downhill). The climbers must be agile down the rocky slope with a slope ranging from 40-80 degrees.

Arriving at Segara Anak Lake around 12:00 pm, (according to our ability and on time) we rest on the edge of Segara Anak Lake.

A few minutes later we headed to the natural hot springs. For the people of Lombok, hot baths are believed to cure all kinds of diseases, especially skin diseases, rheumatism, etc.

After bathing in the hot springs, we will have lunch that has been served by the porters. After lunch then take a rest or you can enjoy the beautiful view of Segara Anak Lake.

Day 3: Segara Anak Lake – Plawangan Torean – Waterfall – Torean Village

Wake up at 07.00 WITA, followed by breakfast at 08.00 WITA, then we will start the journey again.

Starting with a downhill journey to Goa Susu, continuing the journey down the river and uphill towards Plawangan Torean, and taking a break for lunch which has been prepared by the porters.

The journey continues to the location of the waterfall and rest then the journey continues to Torean village, and from Torean village we will drop off you to your next destination by our car, finish the trip.

Day 2.
After breakfast we will continue the trip down to the lake and hot water. Trek down to the lake steep and somewhat slippery, which takes 2.5 hours to reach. We stopped at the Lake side to rest. Here we can enjoy the view of the lake, swimming in the lake and bath in hot water can soothe away your aches and pains after a trip. Porter we will prepare lunch for us. Dinner ans spend the night at lakeside (2000 m).

Day 3.
We’ll leave the lake after lunch and climb up to the Sembalun crater rim (2639m) for 2.5 hours, We will camp the night at the crater rim. We can enjoy the awesome views of sunrise and sunset. On a clear night, we will be able to see the Milky Way.

Day 4.
We wake up around 2:00 am under the cover of darkness with a hot drink and a light breakfast. We will start heading to the summit of Rinjani at 3:00 am. We start with a moderate steep trek, followed by a fairly easy but longer trek. Final approach that involves climbing up steep volcanic scree looser.

At 6:00.am We can reach the summit (3726 m) with a beautiful sunrise, and panoramic view of Lombok island, the island of Bali, the island of Sumbawa and Segara Anak Lake.

After that, we will descend into the crater rim of Sembalun within 2 hours and have breakfast here. Then will continue to go down to the village Sembalun, which takes 5 hours to reach. The car will take us to the village of Senaru and we’ll transfer to your next destination.

Itinerary Trekking Rinjani Summit – Lake 4 Days :

Arrival day:
We will pick you up at the airport of Lombok or other place in Lombok island and transfer to the hotel in Sembalun ( Real Homestay ). Meet Your Rinjani trek guide will provide guidance to better prepare you for the journey.

Day 1:
Wake up at 7:00 am and get breakfast. After that we will walk to register at the Rinjani information center Sembalun.
Trekking start from the village of Sembalun around 8:00 am. We start with a gentle climb through open meadow. After about 2 hours of walking, we will reach the post 1 (1300m), and another 40 minutes to Pos 2 (1500m). We will continue to Pos 3 (1800m) and have lunch here.
After lunch and rest, we will go to Sembalun crater rim (2639m). It takes 3 hours including a prolonged steep climb. We will camp the night on the crater rim. We can enjoy the view of sunrise and sunset.

Day 2:
We wake up around 2:00 am under the cover of darkness with a hot drink and a light breakfast. We will start heading to the summit of Rinjani at 3:00 am. We start with a moderate trek, followed by a fairly easy but longer trek. Final approach that involves climbing up steep volcanic scree looser.

At 6:00.am We can reach the summit (3726 m) with a beautiful sunrise, and panoramic view of Lombok island, the island of Bali, the island of Sumbawa and Segara Anak Lake.

After that, we will descend into the crater rim Sembalun within 2 hours and have breakfast here. Then we’ll continue descend to Segara Anak Lake for 3 hours.

We stop at the side of the lake to rest. Here we can enjoy the view of the lake, and swimming in the lake. Bath in hot water can soothe away your aches and pains of traveling and is widely known for its natural healing powers.Our porters will prepare lunch for us, dinner and over in the tent at lake side (2000 m).

Day 3.
After the lunch, we will leave the lake and up to Senaru crater rim (2641m). Our campsite for the night, Senaru crater rim has the most spectacular view. We will enjoy an incredible sunset over Mount Agung in Bali and the smoke from the new volcano on the edge of the lake.

Day 4:
After breakfast with a beautiful sunrise, we will leave Mount Rinjani and descend to Senaru village through the rainforest. If we are lucky, we can see the rare black monkey. It takes 5 hours and we will take lunch along the way. Arrive at Senaru village (601 m) the Car will take you to your next destination.
